HHUGS, the only UK charity serving the needs of the families impacted by detention.

Winter is a particularly difficult time for the families we support. It compounds the trials of poverty, isolation and lack of support. The HHUGS winter walk provides relief for some of the UK’s most vulnerable families this winter.

Your efforts can provide a world of difference for HHUGS families (children and elderly at the forefront) who struggle to survive through harsh winters on bare basics. As temperatures plummet, your footsteps could be what stands between a family and freezing this winter. A mere five miles and an enjoyable day out for all the family!
 

Your efforts will ensure that:

·         143 children can be clothed

·         53 homes will be kept warm through payment of fuel bills

·         35 of lowest income families will be provided with food vouchers
