Stress Management Course
Join us on this unique programme to learn how to improve your mental health by combining authentic Islamic practices with Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) – a current treatment of choice for a range of mental health difficulties. 
 
The six week programme is designed to:
  • Provide an insight into stress and how it can affect your mood, anxiety and sleep etc.
  • Learn practical approaches each week to manage stress and promote mental wellbeing drawing on the teaching of Prophet Mohammed (PBUH) and strategies from CBT.
  • Become spiritually uplifted; strengthen your relationship with both Islam and prophetic teachings.
