Road 2 Recovery Documentary Screening and Q&A

We invite you to our ground breaking documentary Road 2 Recovery (A muslim youth documentary) which seeks to explore some of the major challenges young muslims have to face in the UK 2017. Issues such as Islamaphobia, Identity, Serious Youth Violence, Extremism, Relationships and more.

The Documentary asks the tough questions to practitioners, frontline workers, academics and of course the most important voice, the young people of the Muslim faith. For so long youth work has taken a backseat with the Muslim Community elders leaving many issues unaddressed. Now the broken silence may help build support systems for the most precious asset of our community, our youth!

The event is open to all but we hope to attract youth workers, social workers, teachers, faith leaders, parents, activists, academics and people who are interested in Muslim youth challenges.
