Mental Health First Aid Course for Muslim Women
Your friend Maryam recently had a baby and she tells you she is struggling to look after him and wishes he was never born. You think she may be suffering from post natal depression. How do you help her?

Your sister tells you her husband Khalid has been coming home from work very angry and snapping at the kids. He recently told her he thinks they would be better off without him. She is worried he is suffering from stress and having suicidal thoughts. What do you say to her?

You're at work and your colleague Sarah comes in looking pale and having difficulty breathing. She tells you she thinks she's having a panic attack. How do you calm her down?
