Join us for an exciting evening seminar exploring the incredible lives and legacies of powerful Muslim women from Islamic history. Despite what some might like to make you think, women have always been at the forefront of Islam, side-by-side with noble men who relied on their support and valued their input. Had it not been for these powerful heroines, the Islam that we know today may have been very different.
Ustadha Nasima Umm Hamza holds a degree from Queen Mary University in Pharmaceutical Chemistry, she is a qualified teacher. After studying in Egypt and attaining Ijazaat and an Islamic Scholarship (Alimiyyah) under the tutelage of Shaykh Akram Nadwi, she established The Quran Institute with her husband. She is currently an Arabic instructor and course co-ordinator for the Quran Institute and a trainee Muftiyyah and a proud mother of four.
We encourage both men and women to attend this seminar. Seating will be segregated.
Once you have registered, please share this event with others and encourage them to gain some valuable knowledge InnShaaAllah.
