They say: "(God) Most Gracious has begotten a son!"
Indeed ye have put forth a thing most monstrous!
At it the skies are ready to burst, the earth to split asunder, and the mountains to fall down in utter ruin,
That they should invoke a son for (God) Most Gracious.
For it is not consonant with the majesty of (God) Most Gracious that He should beget a son.
Surah Maryam Verse 82 - 88
Synopsis
The Alternative Christmas Nativity is exactly that, The alternative story of the birth of Jesus ( Peace be upon him) according to the Quranic scripts and what is known from the Hadeeth of Muhammad Sallhu Aleyhi Wa Sallam.
Many Muslims and those of other faith do not know of the story and status of Mary ( Peace be upon her) Many also do not of the similarities in terms of miracles around the birth of Jesus that both Islam and Christianity share.
With Christmas predominately a commercialised celebration many Muslims are now partaking in such celebrations, is this just a harmless celebration or are we loosing a part of faith in doing so?
